Well, what is there to say about me? A lot, actually. My real name is Andrijana but I also go by Adrie. But in cyberspace, they call me Message In A Bottle. I am twenty-one years-old, and I was born in Los Angeles. I am of Croatian descent and I come from a traditional Catholic family. Right now, I'm going to school and by the end of the year, I will have 3 Associate degrees, AAs in Courts, Corrections and Law Enforcement. I hope to get a career in the field and pursue getting my degree; it's a subject of mine that really interests me and it's something that I've always been fascinated about. In my spare time, I train in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) ; I do Muay Thai and have been doing it for almost a year now. I'm just now getting into grappling as well. Training is something I absolutely love and is something I take seriously; I love learning from my trainers and I have nothing but respect for the ones that take the time to help me become a better fighter. I'm a UFC nut as well, but I actually like watching the fights and seeing what the fighters are doing (as opposed to some girls that only watch it because the fighters are hot yet they have no idea what an armbar is). Another BIG passion of mine is music. If you ever took a listen to my I-pod, you will see a big variety: trance, electronica, rock, punk, rap/hip-hop, reaggaton, etc. I absolutely love singing, dancing, mixing, playing guitar, writing songs...it's all theraputic. Another thing about me is that I'm a bookworm...when I'm not at school, working, or training, you can find me with my nose buried in a book (and usually a Starbucks grande iced mocha in the other hand).
As a person, people will tell you that I'm not at all afraid to be myself. I'm very outgoing, opinionated, and strong; I don't take a lot of crap from people. You hit me hard, I will hit you harder. I have been told by people that I also at times look "intimidating"...I have to laugh when they say that because if you approach me, I'm probably one of the nicest people you'll meet. I treat everyone with genuine respect and kindness and try my best to live by the Golden Rule: "Treat others as you want to be treated". I have a BIG sense of humor and LOVE to laugh and make other people laugh. I'm a huge goofball and love to have a good time. But I also have a hard time trusting people, I RARELY trust anyone. I'm a tomboy too and proud of it! I pride myself on being a tomboy, I just don't see the point in going to the beauty salon every other week to get my hair and nails done when I can coat black nail polish on by myself and my hair always ends up in a ponytail. I'd rather spend my time at the gym working on my hooks and high kicks then going shopping at the mall and trying on clothes. I do have a girly side that surprises everyone since I like to hide it for the most part :) Speaking of the girly side...I'm a big softie. I am a Lover and a FIGHTER . When I fall in love, I fall hard. When I say I'm loyal, I really mean that I'm loyal meaning that if a friend were to call me at 4am and needed a shoulder, garuntee I will be there listening. When it comes to love, I am madly in love with the man of my dreams. We are both lovers and fighters and would do anything for each other. So there you have it. You now know a bit (or alot) about who I am, what I do and what I strive to be. You know my strengths and weaknesses. What you see is what you get....in a world full of fakes, I'm actually honest with myself and know who I am. I could care less about what other people think about me because I don't live to please them. Someone once told me, "whatever choice you make in life, do it because you believe in your heart it's the right thing" and it's something I try to live by each day. Take it or leave it!
In the wonderful cyberworld, people can let their imagination go and people can be whoever they want to be. Seems nowadays with just the click of a mouse, anyone online can be a celebrity or be famous but fame is something I don't actually pursue. I, however, choose to be myself. What you see is 100% me. I am not here to impress anyone or try to be something that I am not. I don't have to answer to anyone. So please, if you are just going to bring drama, hate, or negativity to the table, take it somewhere else because it's unwelcomed in my world. If you want to message me or send me a request, don't hesitate to do so. I love meeting all kinds of people with similar interests...I admit though, I'm a complete scatterbrain when it comes to replying messages and accepting requests. Sometimes, I just check messages, but then as usual, I'm doing something else so I don't reply. It's not that I don't like you because if I didn't like you, I would delete and possibly block ya, haha! But I do manage to get back to everyone as soon as I can. But yeah, I'm not one of those myspace whores that just collects friends...this isn't a popularity contest! I actually like to talk to people. So that's all for now...Doviđenja!
