Katerina Makavou was born in Thessaloniki.Ever since the age of 16 and influenced by Greek and foreign rock music scene she started to sing in well known music clubs of Thessaloniki and to take part in concerts as a member of various music bands. A while later she gratuated the department of jazz music studies of "sychrono odeon of Thessaloniki" (Private Music School). She also worked with well known music composers such as Loudovikos ton Anogeion, G. Kazantzis, Socratis Malamas, G. Hatzinasios, Marios Tokas etc.Katerina takes part (vocals) in John Efthimiadis album(www.myspace.com/johnefthimiadis)She moved to Athens in January in 2007. She has been preparing her first music work, an independent production, as a complete artist (music, lyrics, vocals) which is due to be finished in a short while.
