Where do I begin? I was born in Seoul, Korea and came to the states when I was 3 months old! Both of my parents were military so i moved around quite frequently. My high school years were spent in South Tampa where I graduated from Robinson. After graduation, i joined the Army and did that for a couple of years. I met some amazing people and will be forever grateful to them for helping me through that time in my life.
TO SHARON, JILLIAN, AND TYREE: you three made my experiences some of the best times of my life and i hope that we will forever be friends! Thanks for everything guys! (HOO-AH! lol)
After getting out, i moved back to Tampa to start a new chapter of my life. I have been through quite alot in the 23 years I have been around and I don't regret anything I have done because it has made me the person I am today. The good and the bad!
I consider myself lucky because i have one of the best girl's I know as my best friend! TO JR: Thank you for always being there for me, even when I didn't ask. You always know what to do when I'm lost! You are the sister I always wanted!
Currently, I'm trying to enjoy life once again. I attend school full time as well as work 2 jobs! I am loving life and just focusing on taking one day at a time. I'm single and loving every minute of it! Since I can remember, I have been in relationships back to back and never really taking a break for me. So, now I'm doing just that! I'm living my life my way and came to realize that you don't need a significant other to feel significant! In my free time, I love hanging out at the beach. If you can't find me anywhere else, you will find me there!! I love to play pool and go to hole in the wall bars! I love coffee in the morning and a glass of wine or a beer at night! I love thunderstorms and hate clowns! My biggest fear is not making my Mom proud of me. Recently, i have taken up beach volleyball and loving every minute of it. It has been my outlet when things get tough!(thanks Helena and JR) I try to live a drama free life. Just ask the people who know me best...if you run your mouth, you will get yours. karma is a bitch. I live by the "forgive and forget" policy because life is too short to hold grudges! I love my family more than anything! We do have our differences, but that's what makes us function. Although we all live in different states, i always try to stay connected, because when people let you down, you're family will always have your back. if you want to know anything else, just ask me. i'm an open book! I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next.
Maybe the past is like an anchor holding us back. Maybe, you have to let go of who you were to become who you will be.
No matter who broke your heart, or how long it takes to heal, you'll never get through it without your friends.
