Professionally I've been a little all over the map. I started out as Computer Programmer for a government contractor, then was a Project Manager for the same company for a few years. During that time I opened up a Capriotti's Sandwich Shop and acquired another. Recently I left my "career" job to start a new career growing the sandwich business! The third shop will open in Henderson in June 2007. So far it's been quite a change, but I'd never turn back!
I have thought a lot about what I want from life and how to get there. Sometimes I find myself straying from the path, but that is okay because the unexpected is what makes life interesting.
