Excoriation was founded on the 28th September 2006 by Chris Renz and Jan Stanzel. One week later their growler Heiko Jülich joined. On the first time they played together, we knew we'd make deathmetal. we became further influenced by time by elements of Grindcore through bands like Lividity, Waco jesus and Last Days Of Humanity.
In june, after the recording of our demo-tape, Konstantin left the band and we're a group of 3 again. Right now we're working on a new set up for 2009 which we wish to be able to present in the next summer 2009. Till this point of time it seems like we'll not play anything from our new stuff, because we want to get a new live structure for our future concerts and a completely new image of what we don't want to show anything before its premiere. Therefore we're planing too to eliminate some of our older songs out of the new setlist. And we wish to start our new programme with a new recorded tape with our new songs, but we won't promise nothing.
And right now we're searching for a new bassist and a second guitarist, so maybe we'll see us the next time in a group of four or five.
