Gary Larsen, Crumpet the Elf, and Dave Chappelle.Dating-wise, I'd like to meet an attractive, confident, outgoing woman....Someone that is comfortable enough in her own skin to realize the trying to change a partner into something he could never be only risks the very qualities that initially attracted her to him. I guess it goes without saying that I'd like to meet someone that has similar interests as mine although they don't have to be identical....I'm always up to try something new. Also, any easygoing, mostly mature, and open-minded people. That leaves plenty of room for interpretation so look in the mirror and hopefully you'll see a person just like that.
From Alternative to Rap and Blues to Reggae....Elvis Costello, The Cure, Mose Allison, Charlie Parker, Bob Marley, AC/DC, Green Day, Rolling Stones, The Smiths...just to mention a few. My tastes in music tend to be quite varied. I like finding those out of the way places that always book great local artists.
I'm not sure if I could pick a favorite movie. I don't have a favorite genre either. I enjoy watching everything from blockbusters to indie films....yes that can even include campy b-movies too. I do have some that I'd definitely watch over again.Jaws, The Thin Man Movies, Bulworth, Casablanca, Blazing Saddles, Chronicles of Riddick, To Kill a Mockingbird, History of the World-Part I, Laura, Anything created from Dr. Seuss books and the list goes on and on.
When I do watch, my TV is usually turned to HBO, the Discovery Channels, or the Learning Channel. I don't have a particular show that I watch regularly...well, maybe reruns the Chappelle Show.
I like most of Michael Crighton's books. If you haven't read Caleb Carr's "The Alienist", I definitely recommend it.Stephen King book "The Stand" is an awesome read. The Hot Zone; A Time to Kill; An idiot's guide to Buddhism; The St. Algier's Motel Incident by John Hershey. And lastly, Dr. Seuss.
