IN A MOMENT YOUR LIFE CAN CHANGE
FOREVER....MY STORY.
One day I had a stroke, my mind
was changed, I couldn't think
right....I lost the me I thought
I should be. On top of it I was
also told I was now mentally
challenged and would never
recover.Six long years I
could not accept myself and
I thought someone would put
me away and depression was now
my enemy which took over my life.
My next memories over those years
were (should I even be here.)
The only thing that held me was
(God)and the love of my children
and family. Trials of my days
were difficult to say the least.
The first three years I lived
day to day not caring much but
love saw me through. The next
3yrs were "trials of medications"
doctors, pain,guilt,despair but
"my heart" kept saying don't
give in or give up...LOVE was
there to see me through again
leading each day. Now I smile,
laugh, hope, give to others,
believe that I will be okay
because through it all (LOVE)
came in through everyone
especially God and I can now
accept myself, and whatever
comes next....I will never
forget LOVE, FROM GOD, my
children and friends and
countless others who brought
my life back from the brink
of the "bleak" thoughts in
my mind. God's verse to me:

Isiah 33 verse six;
God is my constant source of
stability in my mind.
I keep in plain sight as to
remind myself....that I am
human and life has its bad,
moments but there are more
good ones than anything else and
it is "LOVE".
Touching one person everyday
and making a difference.
