The band was formed at the beginning of 2006 (firsty known as Inhale), by Cristof (rythm guitar) and Blaszak (bass). Yogurt (lead guitar), friend of Blaszak's, joined the band. Soon after Summers (vocal) answered on advertisement on the internet they started working on their material.
After few rehearsals Pjejos (drums) joined the band.
Inhale gave their first concert on 30th July in Metal Cave. They met with audience's approval and it made them want to play better music and more energetic concerts.
In December 2006 Cristof left the band. From this moment band is playing as a quartet.
Few weeks later also vocalist, Summers, decided to left the group. Fortunetly, we found quickly Petro, who joined us.
In April 2007 band changes name on Sore Insight. In May they had recorded debut demo.
In September 2007 Sore Insight becomes a quintet. Pudzian joins as a second guitarist, who is also playing in melodic death band Blindfolded.
