Wells one of Chicago's roughest housing projects. He graduated from James R. Doolittle with honors. As the oldest of 4 children by a single parent mother M.O.S.I. was placed with the task of being a role model 4 the other 3 children. He stepped up 2 the plate. But with jobs scarce and drugs and gangs on hand, M.O.S.I. did what he felt he had 2 do 2 provide! M.O.S.I. was introduced 2 gang life at a young age and as a result lost over 40 close friends violently and was shot 5 times himself.M.O.S.I. was always a talented person. At the age of 6 he was involved in local talent shows, art contests, martial arts and wrestling. As he got older, M.O.S.I developed a love 4 HIP HOP and as a result, started rapping. M.O.S.I. exceled in that field quickly. Gaining support from the streets was critical to the young housing project resident. Taking the projects & other neighboring blocks by storm with his reality based freestyles, he was given the rap name of Mo' Skilz. After numerous cyphers, and several years of studying the game, he decided to get into the rap game professionally.With the help of other local fellow rap artists, They started a group named M.A.D. M.O.B. The group wrecked countless open mics with savvy lyrics, stage perfomance, and great organizational skills. After a few attempts of trying to sign with Record lLabels, M.O.S.I. wanted to start his own independent label.Still advancing his skils and using a local r&b groups' name as motivation,{P.M.P.-practice makes perfect} M.O.S.I. changed his street given name of Mo'Skilz, to his birth name of M.O.S.I. He came up wth an acrenim for the four letter name. M.ind O.f S.upreme I.nterpretation. His Debut Album, Mo' Nopoly: The Game Of The Streets, is the real life sound track of just about every young black urban male in the United States Of America!"gripping & pwerful" "the real in the rawest form" "that nigga Ill as hell" "can't nobody fuck wit dad dude on that level" & "he da business" are some of the quotes that were made about the aspiring artist. When asked about his feelings towards the Hop Hop Industries' direction, M.O.S.I. replied "AIN'T NOTHIN' FREE BUT LOVE, I LOVE TO RAP SO I FREESTYLE.
