Hailing from Wakefield, The Humour are yet to all make it out of their teens, though they’re already making it out of their home town in a very big way. Indeed, their reputation of being the UK’s next big rock band is spreading throughout the country.
Sell out shows in the larger room at the Leeds Cockpit are hard enough for big-name, major-label bands with huge marketing budgets to achieve. But for The Humour, it’s standard stuff. But more than this, these gigs have become the stuff of local legend and it’s no wonder their growing legion of fans proudly insist that they’ve witnessed the start of a true global phenomenon.
Currently attracting the interest of major players in the industry in both the UK and the USA, it won’t be long before The Humour pay back the loyalty and faith of all those many fans who have been with them from the start by bursting into the national consciousness with their infectious brand of rock and their explosive lives shows.
