I enjoy laughing, dancing, movies (all kinds, theater or night in!), PEOPLE watching, nature walks/hikes, dining (usually italian food or sushi), traveling (often on a road trip!), and I LOVE the ocean. I swear the air changes tangibly by coast. I love to watch and listen to the waves. It makes something inside me click back into place when life unravels me.
I'm a CMT on a part-time basis and try to consider how our daily lives impact our holistic health. However, that doesn't mean you'll find me sitting Indian style listening to New Age music and humming to myself. Massage allows me to practice the nurturing aspect of my personality in a way that is healthier and less fattening than baking.
I really enjoy taking pictures (which is not as sophisticated as photography) with my digital camera. I carry it with me all of time and have mastered the extended arm self portrait of me and a buddy.
On the flip side of being a sweetheart; I am also known for having a sarcastic, cynical sense of humor and dry delivery. When in doubt...just revert back to me being a sweetheart. I'm not really as mean as I can sound.
In the last couple of years I have started learning more about wine tasting - which I need to learn SO much more about. Reds are my favorite: spicy, earthy, dark berry ones.

Being a single parent has been an amazing journey. My son is a handsome, intelligent, witty young man and we have such a special bond. I am so grateful that the teen years are filled with so much love. Through these years I have been an independent decision maker. So I can be a bit stubborn and firm.
I am a California girl. I LOVE this state! I enjoy traveling from mountains to coast, north and south. I have lived in other states but California is where I choose to be.
I have made some terrific friends here with passion for life and compassion for others. These are the people that can meet at the dive bar for a beer or put on the ritz with the same ease.

I am proud to be part Italian and volunteered with an Italian organization for several years. Although my heritage is northern I did travel to Sicily. What an amazing experience!
