About Me

UK Singer/Songwiter.AFTER I MET YOU was recorded and written by myself in March 2008. It is not a Blues song but is influenced by the Beatles and the Byrds To whom I listened when very young.WHAT YOU DONE TO MY HOMETOWN is a recent song. The inspiration for the track was based in the part of North Glasgow where I grew up and stayed until the mid 70s. The council in that city systematically destroyed the entire area including houses, churches, busineses..cinemasin just a couple of lunatic years everything was wiped from the map. The population were moved out and the place became a wasteland. All because certain people wanted a quicker road to get home at night and had the power to get their own way. Anyway this was my own small tribute.ALONE IN THIS CITY was written originally in the mid 1980's when I was a big fan of Wishbone Ash, the lyrics were finished last Spring.HAUNTING ME was written in April 2006 and is more in the vibe of Greeny or slow Moore, but I was not thinking of either when I wrote and recorded them.
