About Me

If you have come to this site, chances are we have met before or you attended one of my seminars. (Thanks to the 17 of you who came to the 6th Annual Bullfest in Canton!!! This was our best turnout yet and in addition to changing lives, we raised almost $200 for inner city kids!!!!)
If I haven't met you before, welcome to my site! If you haven't guessed, I am a regionally recognized Life Coach/Youth Mentor and I specialize in helping individuals overcome seemingly impossible obstacles and savor the sweet taste of success.
How it all started: I was born and raised in a strict Lutheran household by my grandparents after an unfortunate accident that took the lives of my parents. While spending a week at the Cub Scout jamboree, a gas leak killed my father and left my mother in a coma.
After years of acting out, I ran away at age 15 and fell into a life of alcohol and sleeping pill addiction. To support my habit, I would steal change from cars and panhandle outside the Pepperidge Farm shopping center. I realized I had reached rock bottom when I began to dabble in prostitution. I knew at that point that I HAD to get my life together and FAST!!!
Over the next few months, I got a job as a fry cook, moved in with an old friend, and studied my buns off to earn my GED. My life was finally heading somewhere!!!
In 1981, I left Rhode Island for the very first time and started my freshman year at Indiana University in Pennsylvania. I loved the campus, but realized that I didn't have much in common with my fellow students and was very lonely without friends. That's when I decided to pledge the Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity.
Unfortunately, I am bound by the honor code to keep the initiation rituals secret, but I can tell you about the single most life altering event that happened to me. When I first walked into the house, I didn't think I stood a chance of being accepted. My hopes for joining sank when Chris (the pledge president) told me that the only way he would let me join was if I crossed the street and milked the bull in the nearby field. Well let me just say, I was crushed! I had never even seen a bull except for on TV and I certainly had no idea how to milk it!!!
With no other option though, I grabbed a bucket, heading into the darkness, and CAREFULLY approached the bull. My hands were shaking, but I VERY gently lifted it's tail and started feeling around for the utters. I had no idea what I was doing, but I squeezed and pulled and did my very best. After nearly half an hour, doubt really started to settle in. I just kept hearing my grandfather's voice in my head repeating "You can't milk a bull!" That's when I decided that I was not about to give in!!! I rolled up the sleeves on my new Members Only jacket, grabbed onto that utter with both hands and just started milking as hard as I could. In almost no time, warm milk starting flying out!!! I couldn't believe my eyes!!! I was SO EXCITED that I almost forgot to grab the bucket.
You should have seen the look on everyone's face when I walked into the Fraternity house carrying a big bucket full of FROTHY BULL MILK!!! I guess none of them thought a big city boy like me would be able to pull it off, but that day I got to truly taste success!!!
That is the day I started my "Milking the Bull" campaign. Believing in myself made it possible for me to accomplish a nearly impossible feat and that is the message I want to bring to all of you.
If you believe in yourself you too can "Milk the Bull!!!" You too can know the SWEET TASTE OF SUCCESS!!!
And always remember... WE'RE PULLING FOR YA!!!

Animals On Your Farm

There are 4 types of animals on a farm: (1) Chickens: Always running around like their heads are cut off. They have no direction and because of that, they end up on our dinner plates. (2) Sheep: Alway...
