Malachi was a born prodigy writing and composing his first composition, “In the Beginning" at the early age of 12. At the age of only 16 he had composed and produced his first CD, "Summer time in the City" with 26 tracks of amazing music with multiple genres including Bluegrass, Blues, Folk, Light Rock and Classical.
In the summer of 2007 when he took up his stage name Malachi Sterling he had his first CD release at the infamous NW Music Millennium in Portland, Oregon. That same year he was the opening act for Kyle Vincent at the Influence gallery, was the headlining performer at the Satyricon Night Club, and performed at the John Denver Earth Day Tribute at the Hillsboro Civic Center, participated with The Songwriters in the Round Benefit Concert for the Oregon Food Bank and also helped Liberty High School raise money for Dornbechers Childrens Hospital. Honored for his achievements on the front page of Hillsboro Argus’ community section and having the pleasure of playing with many other seasoned musicians from all over the West Coast, Malachi now 18 is freshly out of highschool with a Mastery of Art and Communications and is planning to release his second CD, “Defuzed†this summer, with 15 compositions of beautiful music from an excellent writer, singer and performer.Interested in being my agent email me at-
