I love the outdoors, sunshine and the beauty of nature. Spring and summer are my favourite seasons when everything is growing, green and alive. In my quiet times I like to scrapbook,cook,garden, and read. I like going to the movies or renting one and curling up and watching it at home. I am not a huge sports fanatic but love football, car racing and playoff hockey. My children and my family are very important to me and to spend time with them is a gift I do not take for granted. I have two big dogs who make a bad day good and make me get out and walk them every day. I consider myself to be a great friend, a good listener, kind and caring. I am independent and not afraid to do things alone, however it is much nicer to share life and its adventures with someone. I believe in romance, touch, holding hands and talking, to be priority in a relationship and must be given by both. I have a varied taste in music, and have been seen rockin in my car while driving. I love to sing (although I really can't) so I sing to the steering wheel and the shower head. My radio is usually on a classic rock station. I have been loved. I have been hurt, and I have lost so I have no tolerance for drugs, excessive drinking or dishonesty. Smoking is also a big turn off. I am a private person and respect that of others. I am honest and up front and expect the same of others so if we ever met and there was no attraction lets not be hurtful but lets not hope for something that isn't there. Having said that a good friend is a wonderful gift so although there may not be a physical relationship, a friendship would be a bonus.
