If you are in the Medford area and are interested in training, please feel free to message us here & we'll be happy to have you. No matter if you are new to Aikido or experienced, we train at all levels in our intimate dojo setting. Training is vigorous, friendly and sincere. Aikido is a martial art and injury, though not intentional, is possible. Please be sure you are in good health before you train.

Kihon is a Japanese term meaning "basics" or "fundamentals." The term is used to refer to the basic techniques that are taught and practiced as the foundation of most Japanese martial arts. The practice and mastery of kihon is essential to all advanced training.
