BEATS:After hearing and seeing Dillinja and Lemon D play in Auckland with my good friend Emma I had to have more to do with drum 'n' bass. Shortly after this during art school in 2003 I got my second set of decks, a mixer and 5 records. Thanks Majlinda for talking me into this instead of spending the cash on my classic car at the time. In 2004 I started producing my own tunes. Mainly drum 'n' bass to begin with but at the moment i've been focusing on my dubstep production.ART:It has saved me from a lot of grief and has surely gotten me through many hard times. Since grade one at the age of 5 i've been rebellious with my pencil and paper. A simple drawing with all your heart, soul and emotions poured into it can make dreams come true. The life I live now was drawn by me in the form of cartoons and comic strips in my early teens. I look back and realize that wishful thinking from deep within can really make things come true so keep dreaming!WHIP MAKING:Many thanks to Peter Jack for making my first good whip around mid 2008 and letting me hang out with him in Ashburton New Zealand for a whip making workshop in November 2008. He's taught me a lot more than how to make a good whip. It was a life changing experience.FAMILY AND FRIENDS:People come and go in our lives. Most people are only up for the good times. Some stick around no matter how complicated day to day living gets. Too many people are nothing but sheep in wolves clothing. Sometimes even the ones you love most. Don't let your guard down too quick. Real friends endure the test of time, show their worth and become family.KNOW YOUR PLACE IN THIS STRUGGLE:I'm from the poor provinces of the Philippines and grew up in the below middle class suburbs of West Auckland New Zealand. I wouldn't want it any other way. We're second class citizens, we're the meek and simple people that'll inherit the earth.JAH:With me from the start, through the darkest of times and until the end.
