This raw talent was Born on February 1, 1969, She grew up in the small Irish community of South Boston, Massachusetts. The eldest of five sisters and brothers, she spent most of her childhood playing in the projects and attending community centers. Talent shows were a favorite of this young girl. Always having had a taste for music, she participated in local music, acting, and comedy shows in her hometown.
Although new to the music world, Charlene is not new to entertaining crowds.
