Ben (S)mash

I lived most of my first 18 years in Fair Grove MO where I was home-schooled. Eventually I joined the Air Force and now I am stationed in Florida. I spent 2 years in south korea and if you ever get the chance to do that...pass! The time I spent there wasnt wasted because I met a few people that taught me the basics of weight lifting and I now I have what it takes to be a legend. I have several great friends scattered all over the place from the military and back home. I'm kind of a big deal. Check me out!
