We purchased our first home in April 2008, and we are LOVING it. We couldn't move too far from Philly because my husband and I have a wholesale bakery in NE Philadelphia. Last year was probably our toughest year, but October 08 marked our 5th year wedding anniversary, only to be followed by the 5th year anniversary of the bakery. We moved our small bread bakery from S. Philly to a bigger space and purchased a failing pastry bakery. It has been quite an experience and I know it would make the most colorful reality show. I am good at it, and I like the work and the people I work with. The company has done really well, despite a terrible economy, and our group has undergone a lot of changes. I really enjoy the work, and there is a lot of opportunity for professional growth.The most important thing going on these days is our baby boy, Nishon Jr. He is not really a baby anymore, as he will be 2 in March. We are also expecting our next little bundle of joy in April. This one will be a girl. We are totally thrilled!
