My journey has been filled with many hills, valley, bumps and bruises. I prevailed through it all due to God's strength and the people he placed in my path. Quite a few wolves in sheep's clothing tried to steal my destiny and my self worth. These perpetrators even had me believing that I was a ugly ducking, that my skin tone was not beautiful and my body frame was too large. There were many people including teachers who told my mother that I talk extremely to much and I was to expressive and they weren't sure what quality of life I would have. My mother inspired me to be an unique individual and did not quench my motivational spirit instead with patience, love, discipline and guidance from God she cultivated and molded my personality. What seem to be issues were revealed as gifts from God. The sceptics said I would never amount to anything that I would be a burden to my mother, Wow were they wrong. I have a successful business and career, a wonderful husband and a beautiful marriage. I have become a mouth piece for what society has label as generation X. I'm a in demand Orator speaking on topics of self-worth, conflict resolution, domestic violence and more. The venues of inspiration have been churches, schools, conferences and luncheons. I utilize the gifts and callings from God to motivate and inspire preteen girls, teenage girls and young women of all cultures and social status.
