Sounds Like: Projektil is a group of musicians from Munich, Germany. Their musical vocabulary reaches from Jungle, Dub and Soul al the way to influences from 70s Jazzmusic, which build the foundation for complex arrangements. Still leaving plenty of room for improvisation though. Vintage Keys such as Fender Rhodes, Clavinet and Moog Prodigy on the one hand, combined with alien Bass- and Guitarsounds on the other build an strong and organic symbiosis with the powerful analog drumbeats. The musicians are also part of other groups, with whom they opened for artists such as Erykah Badu, Söhne Mannheims, Macka B and Carlos Santana.
