The fashion-scene in Edmonton is growing and people need to know about it. Local designers and boutiques are filling Edmonton's closets with chic, hip, stylish clothing and accessories. There has never been a better time to love fashion in Edmonton and Runway will prove it.
For our inaugural season, Runway will be held throughout May, in venues throughout Edmonton. Both the festival and magazine will be bi-annual events; with all proceeds from the events will be benefiting local charities. The charity of choice for the Spring / Summer 07 edition is Zebra Child Protection Centre.
Putting the focus on Edmonton style is long overdue. Runway will be showcasing everything urban-chic in the city, from local designers and boutiques, to hair studios and beauty boutiques. Our aim is to show Edmonton a different side of what Edmonton has to offer.
