Formed in 1999 and we have been involved in Jakarta's Hardcore-Punk scene. In all of this time in the scene, we have meet quite a number of characters. A number of people who cared a lot about the music, many who cared to much about the fashion, some who cared about the politics, a few who cared about the community, and some actually and truly believed that Punk was a real and viable alternative to the shit society we live in.Rebellion is one of the few undeniable characteristics of KILLDANCE. It is implicit in the meaning of KILLDANCE and it's musics and lyrics. "Everyone who gets involved in Punk is usually prompted by some form of rebellion, be it against authorities or the whole system itself". The most important ( and perhaps most radical ) thing for the Punks to do is take on responsibility. This goes first for our selves and how we order and live our personal lives, then extends to include others. What sort of responsibility are these exactly?..."To use our mind, to treat people with respect, not to judge on outward appearances, to support others in our struggle to have the right to 'be ourselves' even to help bring positive change to our world".KILLDANCE is a formidable voice of opposition. "We have created our own music, our own lifestyle, our own community, and our own culture...We are building a movement based on love, taking actions in hope that someday peace may finally be achieved. We may stumble in our efforts, but we still struggle to carry on. Freedom is something we can create everyday; it is up to all of us to make it happen". The ethos of KILLDANCE has been "Do-It-Yourself". This is an extension of the anarchistic principles requiring responsibility and cooperation in order to build a more productive, creative, and enjoyable future.KILLDANCE was released the first albums,called "For Your Mind" on year 2002 later,under Tigamartil Recordings. these albums are sold out over 900 copies with D.I.Y Distribution and some are distributed in Germany and Malaysia. And now, KILLDANCE were preparing to their 2nd new albums.Now, we were prepare for our 2nd albums. All new song was different from the first albums, now our music are more fasten than before, also in the lyricals. Now, we called our music as a Old School Death Metal, with deep growl vocal, hyperblasting drums, and more technical guitars skills. So, beware for our threats....AAAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH ..m/
