Brian Luckett, started singing at a early age, along with his brother Chris and his brother by another mother Jamie, Started the group The Dial, later rename Just-N-Time, and Brian was the lead singer, with the songs "Be My Girl" and "In My Dreams" the group found them selfs on the road to sucess, with Brian out front as the lead, the band got a shot at home town fame with the TV show called Glass City Express, the band was the first to appear on the shows debut, and Brian set it off, even then we all knew that Brian had what it took to be a star and Toledo showed madlove to him, then came the project that would change everything.On May 25, 1986, an estimated 5,602,960 people - grasping hands over a 4,124-mile route, with an additional 1.5 million in off-route states - participated in Hands Across America, Brian and the group Just-N-Time were the spot-lighted group from Toledo,Ohio.
