I'm an ER/Trauma nurse by trade, but a year ago I began teaching cardiac resuscitation throughtout the United States. This career has been a dream come true for me and through the support of my husband I am able to continue to travel and work. I have been married to Kevin for 5 years, and we have 3 beautiful boys, Agostino "Gus"(4), Jack(3), and Blake (infant.) The two oldest boys are exactly 11 months apart, both born in 2004,(1/30 and 12/30.) My husband, Kevin, and I call it our brief period of insanity. But life situations have a funny way of working out and the boys have been an incredible blessing on our life. We recently had a new addition to our family. Blake Michael was born August 29,2008. He was born with immature lungs and was on life support for 8 days. Only through the grace of God and many, many prayers, he pulled through without any long term effects. He is truely our miracle baby! My absolute favorite hobby is traveling, and I try to vacation as much as possible. Nothing exites and relaxes me more than the warm sun, sand beneath my toes, and a fruity alcoholic beverage in my hand. Now that I have children it usually also includes lathering them down with sunscrean and listening to "watch this...hey mom watch me....WATCH!," this actually makes the cocktails go down a lot quicker. But hey, don't go calling DFS just yet my husband is a non-drinker a this makes for a good babysitter.
