Mac / Markus Drendel aka Mac's Meadow was born 1977 in Nürnberg and spent his childhood in Roßtal (the famous "Horsevalley") where he began Artcraft / Illustration-Works with the age of 11. He absolved several practical trainings at the now State Opera Nürnberg and Art Atelier König / Nürnberg. From the beginning of life addicted to electronic music, he had first contacts with techno-sound in the early 90's trance-era with the music from Cosmic Baby & Sven Väth, but also hearing and consuming the whole spectrum of electronic music-scene...
Finally over the washington downbeat sound totally addicted to techno, he began DJing & first audio producing steps in 2000. But this former influence is evident, that's why you can hear this trancy influence in the DJ-Sets.
Fascinated from mixing soundstyles rollercoaster-like in his DJ-Sets, that's why he is damned for the time being to reduce his habitat-space by buying records, stored in his living-room. Meanwhile he also improves his visual art skills over the years and doing first exhibitions & artworks.
Later on came first DJ-Gigs at the Bunker / Nürnberg, then doing Resident Job @ Avalon's Dust and Gigs in Fashion Shops.
Meeting Psy Funky in the club scene, it was predetermined by a universal masterplan to get together and finally, in the year 2004 lifting the SETI Project with a big bang to the next level. From then he shares the resident DJ work with Psy Funky at SETI Project Happenings, taking place in the clubs in Nürnberg.
