Insömnia nace en 2003, cuando Mr. Crow(Diego) y Fire(David) deciden formarlo(Mr. Crow como guitarrista). En esta etapa se escribieron "Forgotten Dreams" y "No es un adios". Curiosamente ya habia pasado Bokor(Chema) por el grupo, en esta ocasion como bateria.
El tiempo pasa y Fire abandona el grupo para estudiar en Mexico. Por aquel entonces Mr. Crow ya era el cantante con Gaby de bateria. En ese momento en Octubre de 2005 se incorpora Mapatxe(Toni). La composicion de temas se vuelve la orden del dia: "Rockstar","Black Door" y "Wake Up".
A principios de 2006 se unen al grupo Adri(bajo) y Voltio a la guitarra. Se dan dos conciertos: Anoeta y Castro. Y se graba la maqueta con la colaboracion de Fire.
Poco despues el grupo sufrio un reves que dejaria a Crow y Mapatxe a la busqueda de nuevos musicos. Pero conocen a Chucky(Jose). Y con la vuelta al grupo de Fire y Bokor (ahora como bajista) dan varios conciertos (Revoltallo XIV, Sala Breogain, Sala A!,...) con grupos de renombre en la ciudad (Noishock, Huevormigo, Phobia,...).
Dos años despues se irian Mapatxe, Chucky y Bokor para formar un nuevo grupo, con lo que Crow y Fire se dispusieron a continuar con el proyecto, y al poco encontrar y fichar a Victor (ex-Serlent) a la bateria, Lizard(Jito) al bajo y Clown(Rober) a la guitarra.
Y ahora todos ellos juntos se disponen a dar un nuevo toque a las canciones y a la creacion de nuevos temas para el deleite de todos vosotros

Curiously already had past Bokor (Chema) for the group, in this occasion like battery. The time passes and Fire leaves the group to study in Mexico.In those days Mr. Crow already was the singer with Gaby playing battery.
In this moment, in October 2005, there joins Mapatxe (Toni). The composition of songs turns the order of the day: "Rockstar", "Black Door" and "Wake Up".
At the beginning of 2006 they join the group Adri and Volt the guitar. They give themselves two concerts: Anoeta and Castro. And the first demo is recorded by Fire's collaboration. Few late the group suffered a reverse that would leave Crow and Mapatxe to the search of new musicians..
But they know Chucky (Jose), which in spite of his little time on the battery demonstrates to be of a special material. And with the return to the group of Fire and Bokor (now as bassist) propose to rise again to the stages (Revoltallo XIV, Room Breogain, Room A!...) while they continue preparing new material for a future disc that was not making anybody indifferent.
