About Me

Well since I said I am a housewife then I must be married to someone or something. Glad to say it is not to the house. But to a really loving man named John. I am in my early 40's (groan) and I live with my husband, daughter and mother. Also have the required dogs and cats for any country home. We live in a small country town in central Texas. And yes I am a TEXAN through and through. Born and bred here as they say. I have spent most of my life in the Dallas/Ft Worth area of Texas. Moved to this little town about 5 yrs ago. And this is where I met my husband. Yes, as many have, I have been married (and divorced) before. Don't regret it and glad for the love and travels life has given me. But for now am learning more and more how to live a slower life and be content with the birds singing and the cats purring. Also keeping busy running an answering service for a local plumber while doing home day care for a few kids. Hummmmmmmm......................busy I guess. My Interests

READING, READING AND READING. Yes I love mysteries and true crime the most. Not into romances! Of course I have read lots of the bestsellers. Those are the easy books to come by. I love pets and keeping up my home. Am a fair cook and a friendly neighbor. I play games .. (card & board) and enjoy our family game night here on the weekends.

I'd like to meet:

People for friendship. No one looking for a "RELATIONSHIP". I am in a loving marriage and very very happy. I want to meet people who can type, read and speak english. Sorry not to be rude but I just do not want to help educate others who are just learning. I am getting older and crankier in my life. People who are down to earth and just enjoy life as it comes.
