My name is Rich Brinsfield and I am a bassist(electric/upright)/background vocalist here in lovely Nashville, Tn. I really hate talking about myself but I guess that is what these "shameless promotional" myspace pages are all about. So here it goes........I can be seen backing up such local artists/bands such as Justin Caldwell, Drew Holcomb, Julie Lee, Josh Wilson, The Wafers, Robby Hecht, Soulforce, Bluefield, Bobby Hamrick and Erika Chambers. I also am a member of a demo team under producer Brad Hill that churns out golden hits. And by golden hits I mean really awful songs that people pay us to make "sound good." I also feel very privileged to have worked with other producers/engineers such as Steve Wilson, James Wadell, Jeff Pardo, Fred Paragano and the Hill Brothers. I am available to play many styles such as R&B, Hip Hop, Soul, Gospel, Rock, Americana, Folk, Jazz, Country, and Thrash Metal.
