FilthySox, is a collective made up from the combined mentals of KidEight and Wizard. The conception on FIlthySox was drawn up During in ealier part of 2007. Producers KidEight and Wizard started working together after hearing each others work on myspace and instantly realizing their styles combined could create nothing but bangers to the ears of Hip-Hop heads
not only in the UK, but worldwide.
The FilthySox sound is comprised of heavily chopped samples, Phat drums and bouncy bass lines. Always bringing necksnapping beats to the table.
Individually both producers have experienced success in a small amount of time.
KidEight, working with artists such as Lowkey, Logic, Rukus, Yogi, Shade One, Def1, Random and Ishues to name a few. Also seeing Regular radio spins with 'Wake Up', A tracked laced by Lowkey who gives us his views on the bicenturial of the abolition of slavery.
Wizard has him self seen a lot of success and recently even been played on BBC radio 1. Wizard had crafted his name strongly in the alternative UK Hip-Hop scene by working with artists like Mic Assassin, Sonny Jim, Kosyne, Evolucian, Jid Sames, Lowkey, Random, Yungblud, A-Bomb, Mindzeye, Grimlok, Scizzahz, Influx, Ezerin, Mad Barz, DLC, OSB'z, Genius Squad, 777, Pete Bysh. and many more!
