It’s geared primarily toward people between the ages of 18-30 with a focus on equipping the saints to prepare for ministry, which is why we sub-dub The Armory, the Equipping Station. We equip people for ministry through teaching leadership. We believe that leadership can be summed up into one word—influence. With this in mind, all of us are leaders, for at one point in all of our lives, we influence someone—even if we do not ever hold a position of leadership in a church or a place of employment. We are called to be priests and kings, which requires an understanding of leadership.
