You may have seen me around the pits & shows over these last few years catching the most INTENSE metal act in MAINE TODAY. I am Byron Bassett AKA PANTERA BYRON AKA SKELETOR and always have been a Freelance "Unoffical PhotoBitch" (I gave myself that nickname LOL) for DEAD SEASON. A job with No Pay but who needs it when U got such a fuckn great band to enjoy and a crew of friends to hang with :} There are others who join the battle in the pits for photo's long time friend of the band & wheel man Is "METAL HEAD" GARRET, together with Richie Rich volunteering to do vids of the stage & pit we all help to captured DEAD SEASON LIVE & LOUD for us all to enjoy for the long haul. WE all do this for the love of DEAD SEASON & we are all unoffical at our jobs, but what is offical is our detication as DS SOLDIERS! I do all of this because I love these guys like my family & I respect them on so many levels. This is the least I could do for them.A little History of My DEAD SEASON life......I found the band to be intreging back when I was returning from Virgina in 2005. I headed to the WTOS ROCK RELIEF 2005 & was blown away by the straight forward kick ass show that was put forth. The guys were all cool as hell & I was glad to have an invation to the MUSHROOMHEAD show they were playing in Orono. Thus begain an incredable ride along the roads of Maine & NH as a DEAD SEASON SOLDIER! Armed with my cammera in hand I attended over 55 shows in 2 1/2 years. All along the way I was let into a world I was never aware of....a world full of truely gifted artist & an incredable family core unit that drove this musical machice.As the bands line up changed the music remained truely strong & growing ever stronger with each song & each show. As they grow so will the insperation they pass on to us all, give that right back to them by supporting the band in all forms. Tell your friends, place stickers on your car's, lockers, on your dog....JK but seriously lets all band together as Soldeirs & get out to sell out Every show they play & let them see just how powerfull DEAD SEASON HAS BECOME. I thank you all for your comments on my page & I thank you all as a fellow soldier in this war for fighting for your right to ROCK IT LOUD!I also would like to thank the cast & crew of Dead Season for all they have done for me over the years, through their music & their friendship I have been able to carry on & rebuild my life.
