I love to weight train & am working on eating 100% clean.(this is a hard one but i'm working on it) I'm exploring ways to keep me healthy & strong in mind , body & spirit. I'm becoming aware about how essential it is to have a balance in these three areas to really be whole & be the best me possible!I am a wife to an amazing,loving & drivan man. I am a mother of three beautiful daughter's as I am a bereaved parent of a son who was taken from this earth at the tender age of sixteen months. It just seems so unnatural for me to continue with this "about me" section of this page without including him considering his presence is still in my life in many ways. Among all these things i am also a women that has come to a point of understanding and acceptance of my life, of my past and most importantly of my present. I no longer concern myself with the "what if's?" I concern myself with the now,in today. I start my day with gratitude. I give thanks to God for my family. Our good health,happiness and for the abundance he has bestowed upon us. I have found that taking just a mere moment at the beginning of each day,invokes the human spirit in such a profound way and the rest of the day naturally flows in a positive and loving light. In this manner I create my "now" and with this i know (deep within my soul)that today will be the best day of my life!
