Due to developments in growth hormone treatments in the mid 1980's and his mother's desire to create a super-child to add to her already outstanding collection of males, Richard Heathcote was born a small, curly haired Aryan with the world at his feet. Time and experience have gradually taken their toll on this once gifted child, who now has far too much hair for his own good, resides in the overwhelming shadow of his superior brothers and feels compelled to act stupidly in the company of others for attention. The birth of Richard's younger brother Andrew was a catastrophic turning point in Richard's life, making him both short-tempered and bitter about the world in general. This is undoubtedly the result of a childhood characterised by parents who pushed the limits of human rights in order to achieve great things for their own selfish ends! But all said and done... he wouldn't change them for anything! As a teenager Richard has developed a keen interest in an English gentleman’s contact sport called Rugby, through which he is able to vent the frustrations, which accumulate in his day to day environment. He has also demonstrated an acute ability to learn foreign languages, which, according to psychologists, is an attempt to express emotions which were stifled as a child by over ambitious god parents attempting to push the boy into prostitution. A combination of government funding and social service intervention have meant that Richard has been lucky enough to continue his education through to A2 despite a harrowing upbringing and he informs us that he plans to go on to university in September 2006. Richard is currently nearing the end of his state education and plans to publish his book – ‘A Turbulent Childhood’ in the spring of 2007.
