We wanted to address you regarding many rumors that have been circulating, and discernfact from fiction.
Over the past weeks, the Dr. Gary Randolph Davis Memorial Foundation has concluded much research pertaining to our medical research, trials, approvals (and lack thereof), production, manufacture and sale of Dr. Davis' discovery, known affectionately as the "Goat Serum," which is rumored that the late Dr. Gary Randolph Davis discovered, produced , treated and cured hundreds of Human Beings, whom; due to personal concerns, will not bring themselves forward; the directors and trustees of the Foundation neither confirm nor deny this rumor, in part, or whole. All members of the Foundation subscribe to the guidelines of the United States Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 (and amendments), a law ensuring the highest medical privacy for Dr. Davis' former patients. We do admit that Dr. Gary Randolph Davis first tested these results in vitro on thecampus of Tuskegee University Center for Biomedical Research/Research Center for MinorityInstitutions in Tuskegee, Alabama; discovering that "the [HIV] virus was killed, leavingall other cells intact." It is rumored that the Foundation has continued medical research and continues totreat people, this rumor is false, the Foundation does not treat patients, the Foundationexists to provide Dr. Davis administrative support in all capacities that were nonprofitin nature; but the Foundation admits there is credible public information that othersaround the World have attempted to reproduce Dr. Davis' methods without success, or arenot granted permission to further test and research their versions.

It rumored that, before his passing, the late Gary Randolph Davis, M.D., asserted onnumerous occasions that he has spoken directly with the Director of the NationalInstitute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) regarding his discovery; thedirectors and trustees of the Foundation confirm that he in fact made such assertions;but are unable to directly confirm nor deny the facts of the matter, due to the fact itwould have been a private conversation. There are also rumors that Dr. Davis received permission by the Food and DrugAdministration to begin Phase One clinical trials in the United States, which werehalted; this is fact, there are public records, news footage and other proof regardingthis matter.
