DJ Ron-Ron

Ron-Ron a Hip-Hop DJ who has been doing his thing since 1999 at the age of 14. He started off by learning how to skratch on two non-DJ belt drive turntables and a mixer with a stiff crossfader. In 2000, he got one Technics 1200 turntable for his 16th birthday, and upgraded to a mixer with a slightly better crossfader in early 2001. This lead him to get better at skratching. When Ron-Ron got his second Technics 1200 turntable for his 17th birthday, he started learning how to mix. He practiced day in and day out mastering the art of beatmatching two records, while building his record collection. Ron-Ron's first party was at a family friend's birthday party in 2003. In late 2004 and 2005, he started spinning at bboy/breaking battles at Alternatives and other places.

Over the years, Ron-Ron has recorded various mixtapes/CDs showcasing his skills and dope record selection, including the recent 2009 release of "True School Flava Volume 1".

Ron-Ron has also spun at various bboy/breaking battles, shows, parties, and events at venues like:
