INSANIA

INSANIA vznikla roku 987, po nekolika koncertech jí byla roku 988 ze strany brnenské StB zakázána další cinnost. Poté chvíli pusobí pod krycím názvem SKIMMED a pod touto hlavickou v roce 990 vydává LP „New Insanity“ (první nezávislou desku v Ceskoslovensku).
Roku 992 obnovuje cinnost opet pod názvem INSANIA a v novém složení vydává roku 992 demo "R.U.DEAD?", v r. 993 EP "Vertigo" a v r. 994 první CD „Crossfade“, které slavilo úspech i v zahranicí. Kapela dále koncertuje po celé Evrope, hostuje v nekolika televizních a rozhlasových poradech a hraje spolecne s kapelami jako je VOIVOD, NO MEANS NO nebo KILLING JOKE. Od roku 991 se datuje její prátelský vztah s Jello Biafrou (ze sanfranciských DEAD KENNEDYS).
Po americkém turné koncem minulého století vydala INSANIA, krome živého CD "Recycling & Live in Seattle", dve radová alba, "Trans-Mystic Anarchy" a "OUT", z nichž obe skoncily v daném rocena druhém míste v kategorii "hard and heavy" ankety hudebních kritiku ANDEL.
Na zacátku roku 008 je INSANIA s albem "Rock'n'Freud" nominovaná (spolu s My Chemical Romance, Billy Talent a Gaia Messaia) na cenu TV Ócko a v breznu 008 za nej dostává CENU HUDEBNÍCH KRITIKU ANDEL. V kvetnu 008 získává ocenení Album roku v ankete BRITVA, v níž každorocne hlasuje 69 rockových publicistu z 29 médií.

This is how the origin of the Fellowship of Insania is described by the myth. Another complementary version states that whole the above described scene took place on the screen of a high-power cybernetic machine and it was 30 000 years before Christ.
