Invitation to Failure got started in the latter months of 2001, putting together a four-piece rock band hell-bent on playing music that felt good. Building an original set that could bring a crowd to the stage, the band could fend for themselves no matter the nights line-up. The band hit the ground running and before long, they were playing with every act from California to the Carolinas that came their way.
It was a great time for a band in West Texas. But Invitation to Failure couldn't sit still. Leaving two years of shows and hard work behind, the band got some change of scenery. So in the summer of 2003, they left their hometown of Lubbock, Texas, and headed north. After a year playing in New York City, Invitation to Failure find themselves back in their native Texas.
What's in store? The future will tell....
