Bishop McIver is the 12th child of 16 childern born of Frank and Ethel McIver of Cheraw and Darlington South Carolina. Bishop McIver was born in Baltimore,Maryland. He accepcted Christ at a young age where he was baptized at Friendship Baptist Church in Baltimore Maryland. After he left Friendship Baptist Church, he became a member of Mt.Hebron Chruch of God in Christ under the leadership of Elder J.C. Griffin, where he served as choir director and was licensed to preach. After he was lead to Charlotte, North Carolina where he was ordanined under Bishop Howard Sherman of Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ.
Bishop McIver received his Master of Divinity Degree at Alpha and Omega Seminary in Bennettsville,South Carolina and Church Administration at Clark Atlanta University. Bishop McIver is a member of the "Joint College of African American Pentecostal Bishop Congress" and the State Bishop of South Carolina for the "Mount Calvary Holy Church of America" where Bishop Harold Ivory Williams is the Presiding Bishop and Pastor Shirley Caesar is the State Overseer for South Carolina. Bishop McIver is the founder of New Arising Ministries of Jefferson, South Carolina. Bishop McIver is also a man of Vision and loves Jesus with all his heart and soul. His motto is "CHRIST ABOVE ALL".
Bishop McIver is married to Marie McIver and the father of 3 girls and 1 boy and the grandfather of 5 grandchildren. He is a pastor, teacher, friend of God, and lover of people.
