Adverse Effect is a stafford based company which aims to provide alternative dance events in the stafford area. Established in December 2006 Adverse Effect is a relatively young company consisting of people who want to see more specialised events compared with the "norm" mentioning no names of course!
We currently run our main events at the Surgery in Stafford located on crabbery street. The venue itself has 2 rooms both consisting of different styles of music ranging from Hard House to Hardcore and Break beat to Drum and Bass. With growing success we hope to be able to expand and offer more specialist nights at a range of venues in and around the Stafford area.
The Adverse Effect team consists mainly of 3 members. They are Liam Price (DJ Lidgey Pee/DJ Broken perfect depending on what mood he is in), Max Abercrombie (DJ Max Paranoia - They really are coming for him) and Jay Slora (our camera man, photographer and referee). However it goes without saying that our success up until now has been vastly helped by the army of supporters for our events who have kept us going even when we were close to breaking point. If i mentioned names i would be here for a while - you all know who you are!
Our next event is planned for June of this year back at the surgery, although no details have been confirmed yet. But one thing is for sure, it is guaranteed to be another quite special night in Staffords calander. So don't take my word for it, watch out for the net posts, keep checking our site and call down - You never know, it might be the best night of your life.
