I am Mexican- American so of course Tejano, Salsa, Reggeaton, I also can get down to old school r&b and hip-hop. I'm a mama so now-a-days rap isn't for me. But I'm still soul sista! Old school style. Sal likes that rap stuff. Me I can get down to most beats but not that "rock yo hips, gangsta,gangsta, put some deez on what,I got more bling than you so that's all I'm a rap about" bullsh**. Believe me I may be a mama of 5, but I still can pop, lock and drop it when the time calls 4 it. We can still heat up the dance floor so don't retire us yet. I hardly ever listen to the radio anymore. But when I do its Brian mcKnight, Gwen, John Mayer, Green Day, Stained, pearl Jam, Dean Martin Frank Sinatra,(yes I'm half white ya know lol). No country. Only some and very few artist catch my ear. I can pretty much listen to most (even low-rider oldies) soul, spanish, alternative. I love "good" music.

Movies:
Swept Away!!! That movie gets me everytime, it's one of my favs...Sweet home Alabama,Transformers..more than meets the eye haha., Best friends wedding, davinci code, monster in law, hush, anything jet li, the break up, blood in blood out,shrek 1-3, harlem nights, fried green tomatos,4-bros., no scary movies allowed . Yes, I'm the chicken. Spiderman, Desperado,Blood in blood out, yaya sisterhood, shooter. Anything with my other boyfriend in it, Brenden Fraser, um um um. Sal is full aware of this affair, in fact once he bought me almost all of his dvd's. But sal knows who comes 1st. Brendan does! LOL!
Television:

Cops, Shocking Moments, goerge lopez specials,, greys' anatomy, so you think you dance, dancing with the stars. The kids like american idol, raven ,zach and cody, high school musical, anything from disney channel or nickolodeon, cartoon network before adult swim comes on. They are very limited by what they are allowed to watch and their not allowed to listen to the radio either but that's what you call trying to be good parents. We know someday they are going to get curious but or their going to be in earshot of somebody else's style of music but until then we just want them to be kids. It ain't like when we were younger even though is wasn't that great either.
