Well, I was born at Queen of Angels Hospital in LA, California which no longer is a standing facility. From there I went on to live a simple life with my mom and dad in N. Whittier, CA for approximately 12-13 years.
Then, one day my fathers job forced us to up and relocate to Bakersfield, CA. It was quite a culture shock, but somehow still worth the move. It was here while working in a small circuit city selling computers that I was introduced to dance music. Nothing like being 16, selling computers and having the songs “Binary Finary†and the like blasted from car audio right across the way. I was instantly hooked and began delving into the rave/party scene, growing more and more interested each day. I spent as much time as I could learning about the music and the culture that went with it. After years of practice pop-locking, fluid pop, and poi became like second nature.
Time past, I grew older, screwed off in college for a bit, and eventually realized that I need to get my life in order. It was the military for me. At the age of 19 I joined the glorious US air force and was off to Nebraska…..and let me tell you it was anything BUT glorious….. other then the fact that it helped me finance my first pair of turntables. After practicing rather loudly in my dorm for several months I was invited to start DJing small house parties for my friends. Eventually I made it on to opening up small gigs here and there that local promoters were throwing. Soon after I found the love of my life and my service time had ended…. it was time to move again.
Now stationed in Phoenix, AZ I pump out track after track for anyone and everyone I can. I have been making it onto several local line-ups here and there…for that matter keep your eyes peeled for me. Maybe one day this hobby/lifestyle of mine will take me global……but just like all other things, only time will tell.
