Books, Poetry, Writing, minitures, Scrabble...Basicaly anything with word play, but I refuse to play Jackson 'cause she takes 10 minutes a move...My favorite poets are Alfred Tennyson and Jim Morrison. I realy wish I owned a book of his poetry, but they're limited to 200 copies and very difficult to come by. I'm hooked on the sims2, and Jewl Quest, D&D for the PC, and the old school original Age of Empires. But I'm also addicted to the Yahoo! word games Litterati, Bookworm, and Flip Words, with some occasional Text Twist for variation. Oh, and thanks in large (o.k. all) part to AJ, I'm also a WOW freak. Kind of, just a little.

The Doors, my favorite song ever is The Door's WASP (Texas Radio and the Big Beat), or is it Peace Frog? I can never decide which...Old Rock, Not Elvis old (although Elvis was cool, too), more like everything from the 60's through the 80's: Doors, AC/DC, Allman Brothers (I'm named after one of their songs), Ratt, Warrant, ect... Punk/Grunge, but only the old stuff, like The Clash; some rap (think Kid Rock and Uncle Kracker); Country (fan of Gretchen Wilson and Big and Rich), Rhythm and Blues, Jazz, grassroots/bluegrass, and Big Band/Swing (Chattanooga Choo Choo, Minnie the Moocher, Take the "A" Train and anything the Blues Brothers sing). I grew up on Bruce Springsteen, John Pryne, Hank Williams, Eric Clapton, and Patsy Cline. Plus, my sister is constantly trying to get me to listen to "tween bop" music...I'd rather shove a pencil in my ear. She's young, she'll learn...and I'll teach her...along with mom...who's got pretty good taste in music. I also enjoy Korn and System of a Down...oddly AJ got me into them. I refused to listen to Korn to begin with, and now I like them. Funny how that works, eh? With my sister, we make three generations of Cher fans. All of us have at some point sung her songs loudly into a hairbrush as we wiggled around.

Movies:
Saved, Lost and Delerious, CAMP, Girl Interrupted, Ghost World, First Wives Club, Chocolat (Johny Depp in a clean cut river rat sort of way), Empire Records, Villiage of the Damned, Blood Dolls, Silent Hill, Dolly Dearest. Had a doll that looked like Chucky, it's still in the cubard. Killer Clowns from Outerspace gave me a fear of clowns, IT reinforced this fear. Not a clown fan. Need a movie where they all die...White Olander made me cry the first time I saw it, and I've cried every time since. Hairspray and Guys and Dolls are awesome movies. I'll watch anything if it has Betty Boop in it. And Little Voice, which isn't a kids movie, don't be fooled. Lord of The Rings trilogy, The Shining (only the original), Doors Live In Europe, most romantic comedies as long as their not too sappy...I HATE the Titanic. It's too long, and you cry at the end. Hmm...There are so many movies! Burger Emperor, (Brad's), which is awesome. And which he has yet to put on his blog... Clerks, Clerks II, Dogma...most anything my aunt won't watch...The original Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Skeleton Key 'cause the bad guys win (which probably means a sequel...). JOy Luck Club, and Under the Tuscan Sun are must see movies that I now own. I'm missing a few, but that's enough for now. Right?

US Troops, firefighters, and police. My Grandma Shirely because she's the most wonderful, patient person I know. I don't realy have a lot of hero's, just people I admire. AM because she's amazingly artistic and beautiful. Plus she's not afraid of anything, especialy not embarrassing herself. Sis, because she's a frickin' genious. She's beautiful too, and it starts on the inside. Marina because she's awesome at whatever she decides she wants to be awesome at...Plus, fitting all that talent into such a beautiful package is frickin' amazing. My dad. My dad put up with a lot. He's the most caring, decent man I know, and I love him. Plus, you know, my mom.
