Flint existed for about 26 minutes in mid to late 2006 before the drummer tore up his knee playing soccer. It was an attempt to write some slow, long loopy sound scapey songs that we liked listening to. The first goal was to sound like the DeadMan soundtrack with drums but after our first jam the music took off in a different dirrection.It started to work.Then it all fell apart.Hopefully the creation of this page is the first step in starting to put the peices back together.Mid 2007 update.Things are changing and slowing coming together at Fort FLINT. A few member alterations and the purchase of more effects and the sound is slowly changing and becoming a bit noisier and rockin.But its still early days.
