About Me

Update...moved to San Francisco!

I just finished graduate school in arts management at Carnegie Mellon University, and my background is in classical music/music performance. New music is what I'm most interested in artistically and professionally. I work in arts management, plus I do booking for a small art space in the Mission.

Three other interesting things about me?

-My favorite drink is a gin martini.
-I kick ass at Trivial Pursuit.
-I love sending people postcards.

My Interests

Music of all kinds, GOOD CONVERSATION, adventures, arty movies, reading at the park, modern dance, traveling, baseball, music criticism, interesting/intelligent radio, and fun hats.

I'd like to meet:

People who want to go on adventures! I would like to meet people that challenge me and make me think about things differently.

Music:

Man, I never update this...Radiohead, Stravinsky, Sigur Ros, Andrew Bird, Mahler, Sufjan Stevens, David Byrne, Bartok, Kronos Quartet, Ravel, Jurassic 5, Elliott Smith, the decemberists, Bang On A Can, John Adams, Bjork, Icebreaker, Kid Koala, minimalism, Nickel Creek, opera, the Decemberists, Outkast, Magnetic Fields, Maria Schneider, Talib Kweli, R.E.M., Celia Cruz, The Reputation, Tin Hat Trio, Wilco, Charles Mingus, Piazzolla, classical music in general, Jazz, Beastie Boys, The Clogs, Beck, Talking Heads, Debussy, Common, Jill Scott, John Coltrane, Kanye West, The Reputation, The Arcade Fire, Bloc Party, David Gray, Death Cab for Cutie, Velvet Underground.
