Welcome to JT Scraps Salad Factory. Home of the award winning salads. The Salad Factory has been serving healthy meals to Dewey Beach and surrounding areas, since 2000. Our quality has been awarded the "Best Salad Downstate" by Delaware Today Magazine on more than one occasion. With 17 "predesigned" salads, 16 complimenting dressings, 11 uniquely crafted wraps, a wide array of home-made soups, refreshing smoothies and now fresh juices, the Salad Factory truly has something for everyone. Food can be tasty and healthy at the same time. So, stop in to fuel your body with the proper ingredients to get you where you need to be.The Salad Factory will be opening for the 2007 season on Saturday, May 5th. We will continue to be open on the weekends until May 19th, when we will be open 7 days a week, through Labor Day weekend. We are looking for the kicking off a new season and to serving a new product which has been widely requested.....FRESH JUICES.
