Our business is the culmination of a long time dream for both of us. When we were quite young we started working in the food and beverage industry with our parents, Lee And Judy Chastain, in the family business in Oklahoma City.Our dreams is finally being realized with the opening of “Cajun’s Wharf“. Together we have a combined total of 40 plus years in Food and Beverage. We are very excited to have this opportunity to open Cajun’s Wharf and give Lake Charles an atmosphere of Southwest Louisiana.Roy was born and raised in Moss Bluff Louisiana and is a graduate of Sam Houston High School. Todd was born in Oklahoma City and is a true OKIE, but he’s getting the hang of Cajun living, and loving every minute of it.To all the friends we have already met and to those we are eager to meet we sincerely welcome you!
