My name is Lori, I'm almost 50 years old and live in Michigan. I have a 17 year old son Steven who is the light of my life. I try to keep up beat and happy, even though life has given me some Lemons! It's been a hard year, My husband of 18 years walked out on us, which was actually the best thing that could have happened to my son & myself. He wasn't a good husband or father figure, and we are much happier now than we have been in many years.
I have a disease called Myasthenia Gravis which has slowed me down over the past 5 years, but I'm on medication and it seems to help quite a lot. There is no cure, But I keep hoping some day there will be. I don't dwell on it, some days are better than others and I do what I can do!! I am a smoker. One of my bad vices. But one day hope to quit. But can't do it till I make up my mind I really want to!

Candles,magazines,coffee,tea,myspace,fall,winter, snowflakes, snowball fights,swimming, perfume, loose comfy clothes, shorts, lotions, make up, miniature things, cute things, drawing, coloring, the color red, the color orange, good friends, family, picnics, hanging out at home, having all my son's friends over, watching movies, musicals, rock and roll, rap, love animals, like to be different, love "smart" cars, Love loud music, funky, groovy, snoopy, ziggy, south park, family guy, love guitar music, harmonica's are cool, pizza, like to cook and bake, love holidays, getting together with family, watching Piston's with my son, rock candy, cotton candy, iced coffee, wacky cake, people that have the same interests as myself, comedy, funny, anything that makes me laugh, Seinfeld re-runs, House, soft fluffy robes, big comfy P.J.'s, soft slippers, Thunder storms, Snow storms, sunny days, rainy days, sleeping in, staying up late, crickets chirping, birds, garage sales, Hallmark stores, gift shops, Cape cod, province town, whale watching, national geographic, animal planet, collecting crystal, knick knacks, art, pottery, caramel apples, cider, donuts, cider mills in the fall, carving pumpkins, Christmas time, christmas lights, crisp white sheets, lavender, cinnamon, whipped cream, doing what I want to do when I want to do it! Not having to answer to anyone. having fun, playing cards, board games. staying at home & relaxing. these are just a few things I like.
