I'M A WRITER BY TRADE WITH TEN NON-FICTION BOOKS on a variety of subjects (please see the slideshow and pics for more information about the books I've written and edited for others.) I have also ghostwritten some books, so I must remain discreet about those. I also write articles for magazines and newspapers, and I'm an editor, book doctor, and ghostwriter for authors, publishers, and agents. Feel free to contact me about those services. Used to be an actress, and I'm still a SINGER/DANCER, although I only perform on occasion these days. I've done musical theatre and one-woman cabaret shows in New York at Panache, Don't Tell Mama, and 55 Grove St. I love to hoof and used to teach tap, ballet, and jazz, although my favorite type of dance to do is probably West African.
I'm a certified hypnotherapist, but I'm no longer doing private sessions. Instead, I have produced two MEDITATION CD's. "Discovering Your Life Purpose" includes two guided meditations with music by David Brunetti, and "The Creative Impulse" is a lecture and a meditation (also with wonderful piano music by David Brunetti.) I VOLUNTEER AS A WORKSHOP FACILITATOR for the New York Writers Coalition, and I used to volunteer for Free Arts for Abused Children (both wonderful organizations to check out!) I also volunteer for the Rainforest Foundation and the Rainforest Alliance. Sometimes, you'll see me working as a CLOWN or just in straight clothes painting faces and making balloon animals. I love kids!
